Whole Body Cryotherapy

Cryo exposes the body to extreme cold for a maximum of 3 minutes. 

This rapidly lowers skin temperatures triggering cold receptors in the brain. The brain then goes into survival mode causing vasoconstriction in the peripheral arteries forcing blood to your core where your vital organs  filter out toxins and oxygenate your blood. Once you leave the chamber  your blood vessels expand and return the blood - now rich in anti-inflammatory proteins, endorphins, and oxygen to circulate throughout the body. 


What to Expect

We  will provide you socks, gloves, robes, and slippers to wear during your  session. You will enter the cryosauna for a 2-3 minute chill session  where temperatures will go as low as -260 degrees. Most people would  compare it to walking into a large freezer.
